Spencer Clarke is looking for an EYFS Teacher to join our team and collaborate with a dynamic and supportive primary school renowned for its inclusive and nurturing environment. This school prides itself on fostering a love of learning, encouraging creativity, and ensuring every child feels valued and supported. The role is full-time for the entire academic year, starting in January 2025. We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and offer competitive pay between £120 and £250 per day.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that promote children's learning and development in line with the EYFS curriculum.
- Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and grow.
- Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitoring individual progress and providing constructive feedback to support students' growth.
- Employing a range of teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Promoting a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages the social, emotional, and academic development of children.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience or a strong interest in teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Adaptable, patient, and nurturing approach to teaching.
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
